BIO: 

Producer. Arranger. Composer. Music Director. Trombonist. His critically-acclaimed works, ranging from symphonic to progressive rock, have made John Hinchey a familiar name in music circles around the world.
As a trombonist in concerts and on studio recordings, his credits include Martina McBride's "Everlasting" tour and CD, “The Hopeville Tour” (featuring gospel artists Kirk Franklin, Yolanda Adams and Donnie McClurkin), National Tours of “A Chorus Line” and “Bob Fosse’s Dancin’,” House band for the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame American Master’s Concert series, The Temptations, Aretha Franklin, The Funk Brothers, Hank Williams Jr, BJ Thomas, Sara Evan, Smokie Norful, and Mike Farris among others.


In addition to arranging for Sting's Rainforest Benefit Concerts, he has also produced, arranged and/or composed music for the 2004 Democratic Convention, Norwegian Cruise Lines, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, Evansville Philharmonic Orchestra, the critically acclaimed CD "Rewiring Genesis: A Tribute To 'The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway" and more.
