Either as a musical conductor for Johnny Mathis, Andy Williams, Sergio Mendes, Joe Feliciano, The Osmonds, The Lennon Sisters, Frank Sinatra, Natalie Cole, Paul Anka, among others, or playing trumpet with such outstanding bands as Billy May, Stan Kenton, Woody Herman or Count Basie, Jack Feierman has an extraordinary, lifelong musical experience.
Since receiving his Bachelor of Arts Degree with a Major in Music Education, as well as extensive private study of Orchestral Conducting Techniques with Richard E. Duncan of New York’s Eastman School of Music, Mr. Feierman has been a teacher of Conducting Techniques since 1972 at the Grove School of Music and the University of California in Los Angeles, California. Jack Feierman has conducted and/or performed with every size orchestra from swing bands to symphonies.
